Shipping policy

USPS shipping on all domestic and local orders. Please allow 1-12 business days for orders to be made then ship. Orders are shipped out every day Mon-Sat. International orders are shipped within a 1-12 business days. Once orders are shipped you will receive an email providing tracking information.  (USPS). 

All "Custom" Pairs are uniquely made to customers demand , Please allow 1-14 business days to ship. 

We are not responsible for packages once picked up by the shipping carrier. Please verify that you have selected the correct address and apartment number if necessary. We are not responsible or liable for any lost or stolen packages. Items stuck in transit are out of our control and need to be dealt with the shipping provider (USPS).
